What is the Inclusive Employer award for?

Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington

Based in Newcastle and Leamington Spa, Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington are two production studios working as part of Ubisoft, one of the largest video-game publishers in the world.

Globally, Ubisoft has appointed a Neurodiversity Talent Programme Director who has launched an ambitious education programme across all locations, developing in-house recruitment training alongside several neurodivergent recruiters and delivering this to all Ubisoft recruitment teams, as well as creating and delivering neuroinclusion training to the wider HR group around the world.

This year, our director also delivered the first talk on neurodiversity at the Game Developers Conference, the largest game developer event in the world, to raise awareness of the contributions of neurodivergent people to the industry.

Babcock International

Through the continuous work of the Neurodiversity Network, it currently has over 250 members and helped more than 500 people get support, diagnoses and help they need in their daily life. This extends to 5 committees across 4 sectors and 6 continents.

Babcock advisors look at continuously improving the workplace. They have created Neuro-diverse Communities, which not only allow a safe environment for employees to discuss experiences, tips and struggles at work, but also provides a platform for information exchange on all neurodiverse conditions for either themselves, their colleagues or loved ones. This has proven to be very popular amongst the employees, attracting audiences of around 100 people with each run.
