David Rendle
David has run his own coaching business for several years, and he is a Genius Within associate coach. His motivation in coaching is to help his clients gain clarity and to move forward in their lives with greater confidence and direction. David comes from a secondary teaching background and he is very experienced in providing support for a range of neuro-differences, organisation, motivation, concentration and the related social issues these challenges can present with students and adults.

Qualifications
Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. Member of the Association for Coaching.
Experience
David has had five years of coaching and mentoring as a qualified practitioner and twenty-five years of using coaching and mentoring skills within the world of education. Since joining Genius Within, he has worked with a variety of clients experiencing a range of challenges. He has taken advantage of regular professional development opportunities provided by Genius Within and other organisations. David has regular supervision with a qualified coaching supervisor.
