Zoe Farmer
About Zoe
Zoe joined Genius Within as a career coach and case manager in our employability team in 2018 after working in administration since leaving school. She is currently studying for her degree in psychology and her level 5 professional workplace coaching.
Zoe has lived experience of being unemployed, of masking, of having to pretend she was someone she wasn’t. She understands at a personal level the experience of marginalisation and exclusion. In her own journey, as a single mother in a mixed-race family, she has learned to share with her clients her understanding of how we get misunderstood and how to walk the talk.
Marguerite Farmer
MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology
About Marguerite
Marguerite is an experienced coach who enjoys helping people uncover and make best use of their strengths and talents to build effective strategies and increase self-confidence. Previously in school senior leadership, she now coaches leaders across a variety of industries.
Marguerite has a flexible approach to her coaching, adapting how she works to her clients’ preferred ways of thinking. If they think best whilst moving around, drawing on large sheets of paper or jotting ideas on post-its; then that can happen.
Marguerite’s clients say that she is calm, friendly and creates an environment where thinking time and reflection come naturally.
Belinda Fernandes
About Belinda
What Belinda really enjoys when coaching is supporting adults in the workplace to understand more about their Neurodivergent challenges and explore their strengths to develop strategies which help manage the impact that those challenges bring. Belinda has supported clients who work in banks, teaching, hospitals and other public services as well as clients who are aiming to re-establish themselves in a working role after taking some time out.
Belinda brings a flexible, person-centered approach to her coaching. She offers a safe space to allow clients to explore their situation, how they want things to be and discover how they can use their strengths to create solutions that allow them to work at their best.
When Belinda is coaching at her best, she is calm, curious and feels a warm glow to see clients have a “lightbulb moment”; this may be seeing a strength they already have but not noticed or why a certain challenge has felt too overwhelming or recognising a step they can take to move a step closer to achieving their potential.
