Angie is an accredited Executive Coach and Trainer. She is skilled at helping others overcome unhelpful thinking that may be blocking their progress by focusing on their strengths to make sustainable change. She is described by clients as warm, empathetic and positive.
Angie has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Paris and London and says this has been invaluable in providing insight into multi-faceted business and diverse environments. Angie believes this experience has taught her the power of thinking differently and how much we have to learn from one another.

Benjamin Harvey
About Benjamin
Benjamin has over a decade of experience coaching adults and teams within a variety and range of sectors, occupations and experience levels.
He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Mental Health First Aider.
Prior to moving into full-time coaching Benjamin spent twenty years within various marketing communications roles in the UK and Australia.
As a coach his work involves everyday individuals, rising stars, senior managers and board-level directors across a range of commercial, government, not-for-profit, creative and technical sectors.
Client coaching objectives include: confidence, social and professional relationships; executive, leadership and strengths development; health and wellbeing, personal development; work life balance; neurodiversity, mental health and disability workplace strategies.
As part of his wider commitment as a champion of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and wider society, he is Co-Chair of The RSA fellows-led Workplace Inclusions Network which works in partnership with The RSA’s Future for Work Centre and institutions such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in leadership and performance coaching roles, Dave brings a wealth of practical experience. His coaching provides a confidential and challenging ear, encouraging clients to explore their ideas and challenges from different perspectives. The approach is action based, the techniques allowing a deeper understanding and behaviour change.
Dave spent the bulk of his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial leadership and coaching roles. He currently works as a trainer and coach with a range of clients, both in the UK and internationally.

Helen is a skilled and compassionate coach, coach supervisor and occupational therapist whose work is grounded in academic rigour and experience from working with a diverse range of clients. She has a deep curiosity and intuition about people and believes that a client’s narrative is the best way of getting to know them; where they are in the context of their lives and where they might be thinking about going.

Janet Fox
About Janet
Janet is an ILM level 7 coach and coaching supervisor. She is also a qualified advanced workplace mediator, is trained to MBTI level 1 and has completed NLP diploma and practitioner training.
Janet is passionate about supporting people to be the best that they can be. This forms the basis of her coaching philosophy. Janet has a style which encourages self-learning, creative and spontaneous thinking and she coaches by facilitation, seeking to inspire those she works with to realise their potential in order to achieve their success.

Over many years of working as a coach, Ken has seen his clients take two things from their coaching with him. The first one is clarity on the practical actions to take in order to achieve their desired changes. The second is a refreshed and re-energised sense of what what’s important to them in their work. Together this means they can be more effective in the workplace and still true to themselves. Lizzy has over 21 years’ experience in procurement, 16 years’ experience in banking and finance and over 10 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring.
Lizzy’s experience of working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors includes communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders (at all levels), implementing policies and procedures, project management, contract management, change management, quality management, supply chain management, risk management and accounting.
Lizzy’s coaching and mentoring goal is to empower and inspire as many people as possible to enhance their career, develop their life skills and achieve true fulfilment.
