Kay Cleary (BA Hons, MSc, MBPsS)
Employability Team Leader, Course Facilitator & Coach
Kay is a highly experienced and committed associate psychologist and coach who has worked extensively across a range of different sectors and is accustomed to working with both adults and teenagers, with particular emphasis on the NEET and unemployed groups.
Post-graduation, she started her career as an assistant psychologist in the management consultancy sector and has also worked broadly across the education/training fields as a careers guidance practitioner, consultant, mentor and coach. Her greatest motivation is to encourage and facilitate people to develop, grow and reach their potential and she gains tremendous satisfaction from doing so.
At her best a conceptual and innovative problem solver, she also likes to take time to finish things off and see projects through to completion. An experienced group work facilitator, she also has extensive experience of supporting and coaching clients at the one-to-one level. Highly reflective by inclination, Kay regularly reviews and develops her practice in order to meet her clients’ needs.

My inner genius is…
…encouraging and facilitating people to develop, grow and reach their potential and, at the personal level, enjoying the moment.
